coaching

By Definition

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or consulting. It’s a future-focused practice centered on achieving specific goals. Rather than offering advice or solving problems for the client, coaching empowers individuals to uncover their own solutions. As defined by the International Coaching Federation, coaching is “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” It also emphasizes that “coaching honors the client as the expert in their own life.” Whether in individual or team settings, the client is firmly in the driver’s seat.

Brain-Based Coaching

Brain-based coaching leverages the brain’s natural capacity for problem-solving and lasting change by engaging in positive, solution-focused thinking. Research shows that when the brain is in a forward-looking state, it becomes more capable of forming new neural pathways—opening space for creative insights and sustainable growth. As a brain-based coach, I apply these insights using personalized tools that help you better understand your thought patterns, strengths, and potential.

This method is grounded in the SSPSS frameworkSelf-Directed, Solution-Focused, Positive Feedback, Stretch, and Structure—providing a clear and evidence-based foundation for progress and meaningful change.

  • Self-Directed: Empowers clients to guide their progress at their own pace.
  • Solution-Focused: Keeps the focus on practical, goal-oriented outcomes.
  • Positive Feedback: Boosts motivation by reinforcing strengths.
  • Stretch: Encourages growth by pushing beyond comfort zones.
  • Structure: Provides a clear structure for focused progress.

Start where it matters most — you, your team, or your business

Individual Coaching

This is a personalized one-on-one process focused on exploring your personal or professional goals. Together, we’ll deepen your self-awareness and develop strategies that leverage your strengths to overcome challenges.

Team Coaching

Team coaching supports a group working toward a shared goal. The focus is on strengthening communication, alignment, and collaboration. It’s especially valuable when a team needs to rally around a common vision, improve how they work together, and tap into their collective strengths.

Business Coaching

Business coaching takes a broader view—focusing on strategic direction, leadership effectiveness, and organizational growth. Whether working with individuals, teams, or entire departments, it helps clarify priorities, navigate change, and align efforts with business goals.
